The predecessor to Toplis & Harding North America is founded in Chicago to service Lloyd's underwriters.

Services expanded to cover all non-marine claims.

1933
Began marine cargo operations.

1983
Lloyd's acquires Company from Employers Reinsurance Corporation (then owned by Getty Oil), and forms T&H (Toplis & Harding) Holdings Corp., Inc.

1988
Management group acquires Toplis & Harding from Lloyds.

1994
Toplis & Harding signs agreement with McLaren, Dick & Company to provide global loss adjusting services.

1996
Name changed from Toplis & Harding to McLarens Toplis North America, Inc. (MTNAI).

2002
The company is renamed VeriClaim. A new and expanded global network of partners – vrs Adjusters – is created to serve our clients' needs worldwide.

2006 The company completes a management buyout, with Silver Oak Services Partners, to provide additional growth capital to the business and embark on an aggressive expansion plan.

2009 The company enters the United Kinigdom via the launch of a new subsidiary, VRS VeriClaim UK,Ltd.

2011 Flexpoint Ford, LLC, a private equity firm focused on the financial services and healthcare sectors, acquired a majority interest in Toplis & Harding Holdings, Inc. ("VeriClaim") from Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC.
